These terms apply when you browse, purchase, or use a travel eSIM through SIM.Africa.

Product information

Package price, data, validity, destination, and supplier-provided attributes are shown from the current catalogue. Network performance varies by location, device, congestion, and local carrier conditions. Attributes marked unknown have not been confirmed by the supplier data available to SIM.Africa.

Your responsibilities

Before purchase, confirm that the destination is correct, the device supports eSIM and is carrier unlocked, and the data and validity suit the trip. Follow the package-specific installation and activation instructions and do not delete an installed eSIM prematurely.

Payment and fulfilment

Payment is processed by the configured payment provider. An order is fulfilled through the configured eSIM supplier after payment is verified. If a package becomes unavailable before payment or fulfilment, the order must not silently substitute a different destination or package.

Acceptable use

Use the eSIM lawfully and comply with any supplier, carrier, fair-use, and destination restrictions shown for the package.

Refunds and support

Refund requests are assessed under the refund information, the order status, supplier evidence, and applicable consumer law. Contact support@sim.africa with the order reference.
